As soon as your order is packed and posted we email you a tracking link. If you cannot find that email, you can see every order and its tracking here:

Enter the email address you ordered with and Shopify sends you a six-digit code — no password to remember. Orders placed as a guest show up too, as long as you use the same email.

Nakoda Silver is the online arm of Nakoda Gold, a jeweller on Station Road in Ambernath. Orders are packed and posted from the same shop.

Orders and exchanges

Free shipping anywhere in India, delivered in about a week. Prepaid orders only — we do not offer cash on delivery.

If a piece is not right for you, message us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange. If a parcel arrives damaged or the wrong piece was sent, send us photographs within 48 hours and we will put it right.
