If your parcel arrives damaged in transit, or you have been sent the wrong piece, that is our mistake and not yours. Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will put it right.
Caring for silver
Sterling silver darkens with air over time. That is normal, not a fault. Rub it gently with a soft dry cloth to bring the shine back. Keep it away from perfume, hairspray, chlorine and sea water — especially the pearls, which are porous and will dull. Put jewellery on last when getting ready, and take it off first. Store it dry, in a pouch or a closed box, away from other pieces.
