The jewellery

Is Nakoda Silver jewellery real silver?

Yes. Every piece is 92.5 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver with a little copper added so it is strong enough to wear every day. It is not silver-plated brass or alloy.

Are the pearls real?

Yes. Every piece carries real freshwater pearls, never glass or plastic. Because they are real, no two are exactly the same shape or shade.

Will the silver turn black?

Sterling silver darkens slowly with air over time. That is normal, it is not a fault, and it comes off: rub gently with a soft dry cloth. Our care guide explains how to keep it bright.

Can I wear it every day?

Yes — that is what it is made for. The pieces weigh roughly 1 to 3 grams. Take it off before a shower, the gym or swimming, and put it on after perfume and lotion.

How do the cuffs and bangles fit?

The Twin Baroque Pearl Cuff and the Halo Pearl Cuff Bangle are free size. They open at the back, so they slip over the wrist with nothing to measure. Some people call them kadas.

Ordering and delivery

Do you deliver across India?

Yes, anywhere in India, and shipping is free. We do not ship outside India at the moment.

How long does delivery take?

Orders arrive within about 7 days of being placed. Your parcel is packed and posted from Ambernath, Maharashtra, and you get a tracking number as soon as it leaves us.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

No. We accept prepaid orders only. Payments run through Shopify, so your card details never reach us.

Exchanges

Can I exchange a piece?

Yes. Message us within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange it for another piece. It must come back unworn and in its original packaging. Return postage to us is yours; we pay to send the replacement.

Do you give refunds?

We exchange rather than refund. If the piece you choose costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the balance stays as store credit. See our exchange policy.

What if my parcel arrives damaged or wrong?

That is our mistake, not yours. Send us photographs within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right at our cost.
